FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
If you decide you want to cut ties with your permanent jewelry, chains can be removed with a pair of small wire/flush cutters. If you plan to re-weld it in the future, I recommend coming into the store for a clean cut and to maintain the integrity of the chain. We can also convert your chain to a regular bracelet by adding a clasp for a small cost - please keep your chain in a safe place and email us if you are interested.
Although these chains are called permanent in that you cannot take them off, they are still delicate pieces of jewelry that can break with wear. Should your pieces get caught on something and break or stretch we will do our best to repair it for you for a $10-$15 fee. Please note, Lazy Goods is not liable for lost chains. If it breaks, put your chain in a safe place and contact us or book another Permanent Jewelry Appointment, or visit us in store. If we are unable to repair the chain we will offer you a discount to replace the chain. We can also convert your chain to a regular bracelet by adding a clasp for a small cost - please keep your chain in a safe place and contact us if you are interested.
