PRODUCTION TIMES

Many pieces, unless otherwise stated, are handmade to order - please allow up to 7 working days for production. You will be notified when your item is ready, and a tracking number will be emailed to you. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us prior to ordering. Please be aware that shipping time is not included in production time.

SHIPPING

We make every effort to get your purchase to you as soon as possible - you'll receive an email as soon as your order has shipped! Free shipping is applied at checkout for orders over $100. We currently only offer domestic US shipping, but are also happy to provide quotes for international shipping. Please note, any customs or import charges that may be implied by the recipient country or state, is the customer's responsibility.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

​

Exchange or store credit is available on eligible full-priced items with a receipt, within 30 days of purchase. No refunds, and no price adjustments for previously purchased merchandise. Items must qualify for exchange, and be unworn and in original condition - including packaging.  All shipping fees associated with returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless an item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Damaged goods due to buyer's negligence will not be accepted for refund. ​​Sale items, custom orders and personalized orders are final sale.
